ORDERING BOOKS

Pre-orders for signed copies of Divine Encounters – trade edition are paid upon ordering using credit card payment processing provided by Stripe or through Paypal. Books will be ready for shipping in July 2019. We will keep all buyers fully informed of any changes to production and shipping schedule.

Orders for Divine Encounters – The Limited Edition will be through filling in the required details on our order form, available upon request from the limited edition product page. The limited edition will be available for shipping from the beginning of August 2019.

SHIPPING BOOKS

Please allow four weeks from the time of ordering for your order to arrive. We ship to various parts of the world, using exclusively the DHL door-to-door services. All our books are packed in sturdy mailing cartons for optimum protection. Hans Kemp Photography reserves the right to not accept orders or ship to certain locations.

  • To avoid the significant extra costs associated with non-delivery, customers are advised to provide a business delivery address where possible, manned during normal working hours. DHL will make 3 attempts at delivery on consecutive working days to any address; if on the 3rd attempt delivery fails, a card will be left and the customer invited to collect from the local delivery point within 7 days. after which it will be returned to our UK warehouse.
  • Our delivery costs are 3rd-party and exchange rate dependent and therefore subject to change without prior notice; however all orders taken at a given cost will always be honoured at that cost.

SHIPPING PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS

All Hans Kemp Photography artwork is custom made. Please allow four to six weeks for production and delivery of your art. It is in our best interest to deliver all products in excellent condition by using heavy packing materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

All prints will be hand signed by Hans Kemp. In case Hans is on the road a delay in attaining his signature may occur. We will notify you if your artwork is delayed longer than six weeks.

We offer shipping on unframed art only to various parts of the world, using exclusively the DHL door-to-door services. Shipping fine artwork requires special handling and care. Please understand when getting something shipped that the price includes handling. We take care and time in packaging all pieces of artwork. We offer you the lowest shipping and handling charge we can in each case.

Print artwork may be packaged and sent flat or rolled in heavy duty art tubes.

We provide in-transit insurance on all artwork we ship to you. For returns, the client must pay for the insurance. In some cases, the artwork value exceeds our insurance limits; the client will need to pay the difference in insuring such art.
To help the environment and our source of inspiration, please recycle all packaging materials.

RETURNS (BOOKS AND ART PRINTS)

If you received an order in error please contact our office immediately for assistance. If you wish to return your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Hans Kemp Photography will issue refunds or store credit for products returned (less shipping and a 5% transaction fee) in the original packaging AND if received in sale-able condition.

DAMAGE (BOOKS AND ART PRINTS)

At delivery you must inspect the package, crate, or tube for visible damage and note any damages on the carriers’ delivery receipt. In the rare instance of damage, we recommend you immediately follow the instructions below:

  1. Within 48 hours of delivery you must contact our office by email at info@hanskemp.com providing a brief explanation of the damage. Please also attach photographs of the damaged (items) and the packing materials. This information is required for insurance claims.
  2. Retain all packaging materials. Do not throw away anything.
  3. The carrier may request additional information for the insurance claim. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks for the shipping company to process the insurance claim.
  4. We will ship your replacement as soon as the carrier notifies us the insurance credit has been approved. All Hans Kemp Photography artwork is custom made and takes between four to six weeks for production and delivery.

Please note, unless reported within 48 hours of delivery, damaged items will not be accepted for return or credit.
